## Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (or COD order confirmation). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

## Delivery Time

- Within Karachi: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: may take up to 7 business days

## Shipping Charges

- Standard delivery: Rs. 300 within Pakistan
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 10000

## Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your package with our courier partner.
